Wayne home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Wayne rose by $4,000 while total sales decreased by 32.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $158,000 - a 2.6% increase over the $154,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Wayne in the first half of 2018.
