Hanover Township home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Hanover Township rose by $14,335 while total sales decreased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 9.8% increase over the $145,665 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Hanover Township in the first half of 2018.
