Oxford home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Oxford rose by $17,325 while total sales increased by 11.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 89 homes sold, with a median sale price of $193,000 - a 9.9% increase over the $175,675 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 80 homes sold in Oxford in the first half of 2018.
