Lemon Township home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Lemon Township fell by $6,750 while total sales decreased by 22.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $7,250 - a 48.2% decrease over the $13,999 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Lemon Township in the first half of 2017.
