Trenton home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Trenton rose by $15,750 while total sales decreased by 11%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 89 homes sold, with a median sale price of $151,000 - a 11.6% increase over the $135,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 100 homes sold in Trenton in the first half of 2017.
