Reily home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Reily rose by $60,750 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $166,750 - a 57.3% increase over the $106,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Reily in the first half of 2017.
