Milford home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Milford rose by $42,500 while total sales decreased by 41.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,500 - a 30.4% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Milford in the first half of 2017.
