Waynesville home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Waynesville rose by $15,500 while total sales increased by 5.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,500 - a 8.4% increase over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in Waynesville in the first half of 2017.
