Hunter home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Hunter rose by $6,250 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,750 - a 4.5% increase over the $137,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Hunter in the second half of 2016.
