Waynesville home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Waynesville rose by $45,000 while total sales increased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,500 - a 32.7% increase over the $137,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Waynesville in the second half of 2016.
