Lemon Township home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Lemon Township rose by $1,500 while total sales increased by 72.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $13,999 - a 12% increase over the $12,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Lemon Township in the first half of 2016.
