Middletown home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Middletown rose by $5,100 while total sales increased by 15.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 409 homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 - a 7.3% increase over the $69,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 353 homes sold in Middletown in the first half of 2016.
