Blanchester home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Blanchester fell by $13,750 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,000 - a 8.8% decrease over the $156,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Blanchester in the first half of 2016.
