Lorain home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Lorain rose by $12,500 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 585 homes sold, with a median sale price of $62,500 - a 25% increase over the $50,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 260 homes sold in Lorain in the first half of 2018.
