LaGrange home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in LaGrange fell by $5,900 while total sales increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $194,000 - a 3% decrease over the $199,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in LaGrange in the first half of 2018.
