Columbia Station home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Columbia Station rose by $4,950 while total sales decreased by 8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,450 - a 2.8% increase over the $177,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Columbia Station in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Columbia Station for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,291, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
