North Ridgeville home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in North Ridgeville rose by $7,250 while total sales decreased by 59.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 144 homes sold, with a median sale price of $179,450 - a 4.2% increase over the $172,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 352 homes sold in North Ridgeville in the first half of 2017.
