Vincent home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Vincent fell by $10,330 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $34,000 - a 23.3% decrease over the $44,330 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Vincent in the second half of 2016.

The median sales tax in Vincent for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,528, approximately 4.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2017.
