Pheasant Run home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Pheasant Run rose by $34,750 while total sales increased by 162.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,500 - a 60.2% increase over the $57,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Pheasant Run in the second half of 2016.

The median sales tax in Pheasant Run for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,671, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2017.
