North Ridgeville home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in North Ridgeville rose by $20,450 while total sales increased by 101.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 378 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,450 - a 13.6% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 188 homes sold in North Ridgeville in the second half of 2016.

The median sales tax in North Ridgeville for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,044, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2017.
