Woodlawn home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Woodlawn rose by $24,500 while total sales decreased by 43.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 - a 48.5% increase over the $50,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Woodlawn in 2017.
