Lincoln Heights home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Lincoln Heights fell by $4,050 while total sales decreased by 39.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $18,000 - a 18.4% decrease over the $22,050 median sale price for the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Lincoln Heights in 2017.
