Cheviot home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Cheviot rose by $47,405 while total sales increased by 83.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 293 homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,900 - a 57.5% increase over the $82,495 median sale price for the previous year. There were 160 homes sold in Cheviot in 2017.
