Norwood home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Norwood rose by $12,800 while total sales increased by 29.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 399 homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,500 - a 11.1% increase over the $115,700 median sale price for the previous year. There were 308 homes sold in Norwood in 2017.
