Reading home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Reading rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 16.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 111 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 12.5% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 133 homes sold in Reading in 2017.
