Kenwood home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Kenwood fell by $3,500 while total sales decreased by 18.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 76 homes sold, with a median sale price of $281,500 - a 1.2% decrease over the $285,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 93 homes sold in Kenwood in 2017.
