Lincoln Heights home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Lincoln Heights rose by $7,550 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $22,050 - a 52.1% increase over the $14,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Lincoln Heights in 2016.
