Woodlawn home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Woodlawn fell by $950 while total sales increased by 57.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,500 - a 1.8% decrease over the $51,450 median sale price for the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Woodlawn in 2016.
