Mount Healthy home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Mount Healthy fell by $6,750 while total sales increased by 10.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $62,700 - a 9.7% decrease over the $69,450 median sale price for the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Mount Healthy in 2016.
