Arlington Heights home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Arlington Heights rose by $25,500 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $59,000 - a 76.1% increase over the $33,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were six homes sold in Arlington Heights in 2016.
