Springfield Township home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Springfield Township rose by $6,000 while total sales increased by 9.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 412 homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,000 - a 5.7% increase over the $105,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 377 homes sold in Springfield Township in 2016.
