Greenhills home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Greenhills fell by $55 while total sales increased by 18.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $113,445 - a 0% decrease over the $113,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Greenhills in 2016.
