Springdale home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Springdale rose by $7,250 while total sales increased by 23.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 117 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 6.7% increase over the $107,750 median sale price for the previous year. There were 95 homes sold in Springdale in 2016.
