Norwood home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Norwood fell by $12,500 while total sales increased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 308 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,700 - a 9.8% decrease over the $128,200 median sale price for the previous year. There were 237 homes sold in Norwood in 2016.
