Silverton home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Silverton rose by $14,500 while total sales increased by 16.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 71 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,000 - a 12.3% increase over the $117,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Silverton in 2016.
