Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $3,500 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 117 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 2.7% increase over the $131,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 130 homes sold in Loveland in 2016.
