Sharonville home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Sharonville rose by $11,743 while total sales decreased by 8.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 123 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 9.2% increase over the $128,258 median sale price for the previous year. There were 134 homes sold in Sharonville in 2016.
