Miami Township home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Miami Township rose by $18,838 while total sales increased by 17.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 99 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 10.4% increase over the $181,163 median sale price for the previous year. There were 84 homes sold in Miami Township in 2016.
