Amberley Village home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Amberley Village fell by $32,600 while total sales increased by 68.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,900 - a 11.1% decrease over the $292,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Amberley Village in 2016.
