Madeira home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Madeira rose by $21,500 while total sales decreased by 4.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 155 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 8.5% increase over the $253,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 163 homes sold in Madeira in 2016.
