Kenwood home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Kenwood rose by $37,700 while total sales increased by 16.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 93 homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,000 - a 15.2% increase over the $247,300 median sale price for the previous year. There were 80 homes sold in Kenwood in 2016.
