Madison Township home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Madison Township rose by $19,825 while total sales increased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 120 homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,325 - a 15.3% increase over the $129,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 110 homes sold in Madison Township in 2017.
