Vermilion home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Vermilion fell by $14,500 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 91 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 10.8% decrease over the $134,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 143 homes sold in Vermilion in 2017.
