Grafton home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Grafton fell by $13,550 while total sales decreased by 38.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 100 homes sold, with a median sale price of $146,450 - a 8.5% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 163 homes sold in Grafton in 2017.

The median sales tax in Grafton for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,904, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for 2018.
