Columbia Station home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Columbia Station rose by $24,050 while total sales decreased by 31.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 79 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 14.9% increase over the $160,950 median sale price for the previous year. There were 116 homes sold in Columbia Station in 2017.
