Timberlake home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Timberlake fell by $10,850 while total sales decreased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,400 - a 8% decrease over the $136,250 median sale price for the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Timberlake in 2016.

The median sales tax in Timberlake for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,281, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for 2017.
