Willoughby home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Willoughby rose by $2,800 while total sales increased by 11.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 406 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 2.2% increase over the $127,200 median sale price for the previous year. There were 364 homes sold in Willoughby in 2016.

The median sales tax in Willoughby for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,736, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for 2017.
