Grand River home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Grand River rose by $28,950 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,900 - a 26.6% increase over the $108,950 median sale price for the previous year. There were six homes sold in Grand River in 2016.

The median sales tax in Grand River for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,701, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for 2017.
