East Cleveland home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in East Cleveland fell by $7,150 while total sales decreased by 3.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 184 homes sold, with a median sale price of $18,350 - a 28% decrease over the $25,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 191 homes sold in East Cleveland in 2018.
