Euclid home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Euclid rose by $4,800 while total sales decreased by 5.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 1,007 homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 8% increase over the $60,200 median sale price for the previous year. There were 1,063 homes sold in Euclid in 2018.
